Setting Up Email Forwarders

Email Forwarding Setup

To set up email forwarding, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ServerStream Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Email section and select your domain.
  3. In the Email Accounts section, find the mailbox you want to forward emails from.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the mailbox.
  5. Scroll down to the ‘Forwarding’ section.
  6. Enter the email address you want to forward emails to in the ‘Forward To’ field.
  7. Set up any additional forwarding options as needed (e.g., keep a copy, discard original).
  8. Click ‘Save Changes’ to save your changes.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with email forwarding, check the following:

  • Making sure the forwarded email address is correct and accessible.
  • Verifying that the email account being forwarded from has sufficient storage space.
  • Cheking for any email client or server-side settings that may be interfering with forwarding.
