Setting Up Email Forwarders
Email Forwarding Setup
To set up email forwarding, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ServerStream Client Portal.
- Navigate to the Email section and select your domain.
- In the Email Accounts section, find the mailbox you want to forward emails from.
- Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the mailbox.
- Scroll down to the ‘Forwarding’ section.
- Enter the email address you want to forward emails to in the ‘Forward To’ field.
- Set up any additional forwarding options as needed (e.g., keep a copy, discard original).
- Click ‘Save Changes’ to save your changes.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with email forwarding, check the following:
- Making sure the forwarded email address is correct and accessible.
- Verifying that the email account being forwarded from has sufficient storage space.
- Cheking for any email client or server-side settings that may be interfering with forwarding.
