Accessing Your Website Files

To access your website files, follow these steps:

1. Login to the ServerStream Client Portal.
2. Navigate to the Hosting Panel.
3. Select your domain from the list of hosted domains.
4. Click on the File Manager button in the top navigation menu.
5. The file manager will load, displaying a tree-like structure of your website’s files and directories.

Common Problems

• Cannot access File Manager: Ensure you are logged into the correct Client Portal account and that you have sufficient permissions to access the Hosting Panel for your domain.
• Files are not being updated: Check if your website’s files are set to write mode or if there is a permission issue. You can adjust file permissions in the File Manager settings or contact our support team for assistance.
